Through the Lense

Bought two new lenses for my camera this week. They are nothing fancy, but will do me just fine.


Have found a bit of a Mojo over the weekend, and managed to alter a clipboard and I also made an envelope book ..... I don't think for a second that my Mojo is back, I'm just not feeling it. Maybe once I get into my new Studio I'll be inspired.

The start of the CC is only a week away, I'm sure there will be plenty of inspiration flowing then.



Oh, and note some of before mentioned lush ribbons on clip board ....... I was a bit stingy with it, but at least I've started to use some .........

Soggy Sunday.

Today is a perfect day for Crafting - it has been raining buckets the whole day, so I have managed to get a few orders completed.


The wood for to convert my garage into a new craft workshop is getting delivered tomorrow ...... WOOHOO!!! At last looks like I'll soon be out of my tiny shoe box spare room, I'm soooo excited. I'll have to get plenty of piccies - before and after.

Next meeting of the Clyde Craft Group has been cancelled, as I will be off on my holly bags to Center Parcs in the beautiful Lake District, so the next class will be on the 18th October, where we will be altering some clipboards hopefully.

Hey Mr Postman ......

....... brought me a box with 30 beautiful ribbons from American Crafts.
They are so lush, that I will find it hard to use them on anything.


Lots of Christmas cards were made last night at the Craft Group.
Everyone's creative juices were flowing - apart from mine ....... I think I've lost my mojo ...... have you seen it?

Get Crafty

I am a Craft Addict, I have been making and selling cards from my website for the past 4 years. Earlier this year I took up Scrapbooking. I have always loved taking photos and with scrapbooking I can combine my love of papers with my photos, of course I had to treat myself to a couple of new cameras to make the best of my addictions. So I'm now the proud owner of a Samsung 5meg Digimax L50, and a FinePix S5600 with 10x optical zoom. I'm a total 'Technotwat' with anything mechanical so I know I'm not using them to their full potential, but I''m picking up things as I go.

Every second Wednesday I teach a craft class. At the last class the ladies altered a CD, I was so proud of them, they were all fab, Olive was so happy with hers, she wants to make one for every room in her house ...... lol!!!!

The picture is of my disc for the Wardens office (not prison, but a sheltered housing warden ... lol!!!).



With Christmas just around the corner ....... less than 14weeks ........ Clyde Craft Group are chomping at the bit to make Christmas cards, so that is what we will be upto tonight.
